Artistic Director

Caroline has worked as an actor, casting director and producer. She is chair of a Brixton Arts Charity and Associate of Gothenburg’s English Studio Theatre. She founded SixteenFeet productions in 2008.

Producer

Trained as a director at Bristol Old Vic Theatre School. He joined Sixteen Feet on their first season as Assistant Director. Nick is also a teacher.

Artistic Associate

Andrew is a writer and director with extensive credits across television, radio, film, animation, videogames and theatre. Since 2011, he’s written four plays and run a range of workshops for SixteenFeet.

Artistic Associate

Guy trained as an actor before concentrating on music. He has toured internationally, played in the West End and on the London jazz circuit. He is an ardent advocate of the value of the arts in the creative and emotional development of young people. He was a founder member of SixteenFeet and has composed the music for all their summer productions.

Chair

Marina is a Radio Drama Producer, Theatre Director and Acting Coach. She has supported SixteenFeet since their beginning and has been engaged in diverse ways with theatre in the community for the last 40 years.  

Janet is a photographer, runs a charity arts and community centre on Tooting Common, started a food charity in lock down that she still helps operate, and has been part of the Sixteen Feet board for over seven years.

Jennifer is a Director and Dramaturg dedicated to new writing. She is currently the Participation Director at Hampstead Theatre and specialises in directing new writing. Credits include directing at Hampstead Theatre, RSC, Birmingham REP, Belgrade Theatre, and Streetwise Opera. In 2014 she set up Shoot Festival, which supports emerging artists based in Coventry and Warwickshire.

Victoria has over 30 years' experience working in theatre and events from her initial career as a stage manager, winning Stage Manager of the Year in 2003 to more recently CEO of Attic Theatre Company, an arts organisation based in LB Merton and CEO of Achates, a leading cultural consultancy. She is a South London resident local to Lambeth for over 20 years and is passionate about the positive social impact the arts can have on communities.

Collin Hurley is an English actor and a former member of the Royal Shakespeare Company, the National Theatre, and Shakespeare’s Globe company, specialising in performing the works of William Shakespeare.
